Sarah Kerr, PMHNP

Sarah is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She obtained her master’s degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2018. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree, Sarah worked in many different nursing environments. She conducted the program start up for the nursing component of the Substance exposed newborn safe experience program (SENSE), she was the program supervisor for the Nurse Family Partnership, school nursing and pediatric oncology. Sarah has a passion for working with teens and their families. She believes that treatment goals should be client centered. Sarah currently works with pediatric and young adult clients. She has experience in medication management for treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ASD, personality disorders, FAE, schizophrenia and PTSD. Sarah is the mother of two humans and three dogs. In her free time, she is a rock climber, skier, book reader and she enjoys fishing with her family.
