Dr. Bell is originally from Seattle, Washington. He most recently was serving as general adult inpatient psychiatrist at Providence Alaska Medical Center, in Anchorage, Alaska. His philosophical approach to treatment is to make himself available to his patients as a consultant, and to provide the best possible information to assist the patient in coming to the best possible treatment choices for his patients.
