Alexandra Vekteris, LCPC

Alex Vekteris was born and raised in Southern New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton University in 2018. She then moved to Central Florida where she attended the University of Central Florida, receiving a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 2020. During her graduate program, Alex completed internships in both pediatric and adult in-patient crisis stabilization with Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach. As a post-graduate registered intern, she gained experience in numerous settings and roles, including adult in-patient crisis stabilization, behavioral health utilization review, school district mental health counseling, and private practice. Alex has professional interests in adult ADHD, trauma, and adjustment disorders, though is excited to continue developing her clinical niche with Frontier. Alex currently resides in Southwest Florida on her brother's farm with her hound dog, cat, and an ever-growing list of farm animals. In her spare time, she enjoys working with the animals, DIY projects, reading, riding, and various art projects.
