Beyond the Weather offers short-term support through psychiatry, therapy, or a combination of the two. You can dive deep or just focus on building real, usable skills for everyday life. It’s support that fits your world and respects your time.
• Low Commitment – Most folks meet with us up to 6 times, with the option to continue if your provider recommends it.
• Remote and Convenient – Sessions are by phone or video, so you can talk to someone without driving to town or stepping away from your day for long.
• Practical Support – We focus on tools and strategies that help with stress, mood, and whatever’s on your plate right now.
Please note: This program does not cover the cost of medications.

Find care that fits your needs.

This program is built for Montanans in agriculture - and the people closest to them. If your family’s work keeps food on the table, we’re here for you.
• Farmers and ranchers
• Spouses, partners, and immediate family members of Ag workers
• Anyone in ag who may not call it “stress,” but feels worn down, overwhelmed, or just not themselves
Please note: Participants must be willing to meet by phone or video.
Frontier is proud to partner with Beyond the Weather to bring therapy and psychiatry services to Montana’s farming and ranching communities.
Many of our therapists and prescribers either come from rural Montana or have strong ties to the ag world. They understand the lifestyle—and the values that come with it: independence, privacy, and taking time to build trust before jumping into anything big.

We’ll take time to listen and translate a plan into easy-to-implement steps.
The program is fully covered—there’s no cost to you for therapy or psychiatry sessions. Please note: Medication costs are not covered.
Not at all. A lot of folks in ag are carrying more than they let on. You’re not alone—and reaching out doesn’t mean you’re weak. It just means you’re taking care of yourself.
You’ll need cell or internet service for phone or video calls, but we can work with what you’ve got. No special apps or tech skills needed.
No. That’s completely up to you. If you’d like, you can talk with a medical provider who can walk you through your options. You decide what’s right for you.
