Beth Perez joined Frontier Psychiatry in July 2024, bringing over two decades of distinguished healthcare leadership experience. Previously, Beth served as Vice President of Enterprise Growth at Redesign Health where she played a key role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance enterprise growth and development within the healthcare sector. Prior to Redesign she spent over ten years leading national hospital partnerships and growth at DaVita, Inc a Fortune 200 dialysis company.

Beth has also held senior positions across a range of other healthcare organizations including medical devices, biotech and diagnostics. She began her career at The Boston Consulting Group supporting their healthcare practice. In 2022, Beth completed the Colorado Governor's Fellowship, further enriching her understanding of public policy and governance in healthcare. Beth holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
