With global expertise in consulting, finance, operations, and business development, Bill Cahoon is a dynamic leader known for scaling organizations and driving sustainable growth across diverse industries. His strategic acumen has enabled him to successfully guide companies ranging from PE-backed startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises through complex challenges, achieving high-impact transformations.

In his recent role as COO/CGO of QLER Telepsychiatry, Bill led the startup from concept to a high-growth PE-backed telehealth stage. Under his leadership, QLER expanded into 20+ states, serving thousands of patients monthly who previously lacked access to mental health care. As employee #1, he established a robust operational framework, delivering a 63% CAGR and achieving industry accolades, including The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation. His emphasis on scalable business operations, efficiency, and customer experience, set a solid foundation for long-term growth.

Before QLER, Bill spent 17 years at Accenture and Huron Consulting Group, where he played a pivotal role in scaling Huron’s U.S. Cost and Clinical business from $65M to $350M. He drove global expansion through strategic M&A and organic growth initiatives, increasing the company's footprint beyond the U.S. At Accenture, his finance background provided a solid foundation for his work, allowing him to deliver balanced insights on growth and risk management for portfolios exceeding $500M.

His ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and inspire alignment with organizational vision has driven strong team performance and collaboration. Known for his high standards and relentless pursuit of excellence, Bill cultivates cultures of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Bill is committed to community and family. He volunteers at his church’s Healthcare ministry, working with healthcare professionals to improve community wellbeing. Bill and his wife, Lauren, are raising two teenage daughters, and he enjoys golfing, fishing, and international travel. His philanthropic interests include supporting veterans and children-focused charities.
